As we left the last episode, this vampire thug named Auguste, tried to take Jiro out with a sneak attack, but Jiro owned him too, so don’t worry. Auguste is part of the Coven, a group that defies the Company, and the special zone conventions led by Zelman.
Jiro and Zelman finally get a chance to meet each other when Sayuka introduces the two. Mimiko, and Kotaro, are stunned with Zelman’s looks, and Kotaro calls him pretty. Hmmmm. I see those two need some glasses, since they’re blind as a bat. None of those vampire fools are better looking than Jiro. can’t they see that?
Zelman apologizes for Auguste’s rudeness, and asks Jiro if he will be joining forces with the Company. He states that if Jiro chooses to go in that direction, it may a good idea, since he’ll be taking a neutral position while dealing with the different houses in power.
Problem is, Jiro doesn’t trust the Company either. For those of you that don’t know, the Company is just an organization that mediates between humans, and vampires. Now Jiro thinks that they would have some kind of hidden agenda for welcoming him in, but Kotaro thinks it would be wise to give the Company a chance.
Zelman asks if Jiro would like to join forces with him, only thing is, Zelman is a vampire thug, and Jiro is not havin’ it. So the conversation ends, and Zelman thanks them for the visit, and states that he’ll look forward to seeing them again, maybe as enemies, though.
Meanwhile, Auguste gets all pissed off, that Zelman just let Jiro walk out, and he plans to get some more revenge. I guess he didn’t get slapped around hard enough the first time. Next scene, Jiro is turned away from all the houses, so now he can’t take up residency in the Special Zone.
Cain, the general manager of the Marine bank, says that he can’t allow the Silverblade to live there, because of all the commotion he’d cause. Oh that’s right, let the vampire thugs stay, but the one that defeated the Kowloon children has to leave, there’s something wrong with this scenario.
Well it’s okay for right now, ’cause, he can shack up with Mimiko for another night. Wait a minute, Auguste and his fools are back to take on Jiro again, haven’t they had enough? Jiro uses his Eye Raid, and beats the crap out of all them, but spares Auguste from a much deserved beat down.
Mimiko thinks that the more fights that Jiro gets into, the less likely any of the houses will grant him permission to stay in the Special Zone. But I have a feeling this isn’t over with Auguste, but I’ll just have to wait and see. Mimiko goes home to find her apartment destroyed.
Wow, someone really wants the silverblade to disappear, and they are probably a half million suspects. I guess I’ll have to tune in to episode 7 to find out who’s responsible for this.

If you have seen any of the previous Black Blood Brothers episodes, then you know that at the beginning of every one of them, we see Jiro with Alice. I guess these scenes are his memories of her from ages ago, when she was still alive. I’m assuming this is important, ’cause it gives us a glimpse into their relationship, since Jiro is supposed to be all cut up about the fact that Alice is dead.
From the first couple of episodes, we know that Cassandra had something to do with it, but we don’t know how exactly. Hopefully this will be revealed as the series goes on, but then again, who really cares about Alice? I mean, was she really all that?
Whatever, let us fast forward to the present, where Jiro, and Kotaro took up residence in Mimiko’s apartment for the night. You know, I can’t believe that Jiro actually slept in that crazy outfit all night. “Mimiko, one of your tasks should be to take Jiro out to the mall, and buy him so new clothes!
Anyway, at the end of episode 4, Mimiko said that she was gonna keep a bucket of water by her bed while she slept, and that’s exactly what she did. Damn, I thought she was just joking, but I guess not. Remember, water renders Jiro powerless, so he tries to stay away from it. This is interesting since I wonder how he can stay clean without it.
So Mimiko has this water by her bed, but it falls on her when she gets up in the morning. Serves her right! She finds out that Jiro destroyed her alarm clock, so he didn’t know how to shut it off, and Mimiko ends up late for work as a result. She really overreacts, and dumps a whole bucket of water on Jiro, I guess that’ll teach him!
Let’s move on the members of the Company are sitting around the table, trying to figure out how to handle Jiro’s arrival into the special zone. One of the guys ask the Jiro, and Zelman (a vampire crook) were to clash, could the Suppression Team handle it, and the leader of the Team says, no way.
So the chairman on the Company’s decision is to take control of Jiro, “Well, good luck with that one, boys.” A couple scenes later (yes, I’m skipping, so what), Mimiko sneaks into work, but gets caught by busybody Hihari who wants to know why she comes wandering in so late.
Then she starts gossiping about the Silver Blade (also known as Jiro), and how he’s in the Special Zone, and blah, blah, blah. In other words, she doesn’t know that Mimiko is harboring the Silver Blade, but she finds out when Kotaro the pest sticks his big head in the window.
Now Hihari knows everything, but Mimiko pleads for her not to open her big ass mouth, and blab to everybody, but of course, she does. Enough of that, lets meet Lord Zelman, head of a group of vampire thugs, called the Coven. Now some people think he’s cute, but I think he’s nothing but a red headed freak who looks stupid wearing a winter cap in the middle of summer.
Zelman gets the low down about Jiro from Sayuka, his personal assistant. I think she has the hots for Zelman, but since she’s nothing to look at either, Zelman just pats her on the cheek, then leaves. “Sorry Sayuka, I know you wish he could have bitten you, but you’re too ugly, try a better hairstyle, and get rid of those glasses. Now remember, being bitten by a vampire (not a kowloon one) is supposed to be better than sex, so Sayuka is missin’ out on a lot.
Hey wait, that means I’m missing out as well, but don’t worry, I’m still tryin’ to get Jiro’s 7 digits, so I’ll keep you updated on my quest. Speaking of Jiro, Let’s get back to him, who’s having problems getting residency from any of the houses. Mimiko is really pissed off about it, but Jiro doesn’t seem like he’s concerned, as he’s enjoying his trip through the float mart.
But the fun is interrupted, when members of the Coven starts blasting away at Jiro’s boat, but don’t worry, he’s able to own those fools. Okay, who is this creep trying to get one last lick in, it’s Auguste, the one with the drink in his hand (go up a few pictures). We’ll see more of him in episode 6, so stay tuned!
