NARUTO-EPISODE 8-THE OATH OF PAIN-3 1/2 STARS

Okay things start gettin’ really good about now. While holding a knife to Zabuza, Kakashi tells him that his reign of terror is over, and he’s finished. “Well that’s nice Kakashi, but you’ve spent way too much time standin’ there with a knife to Zabuza’s throat. You should have slashed that clown up instead of giving him a chance to strike back.”

Yes, since Kakashi wasted all that time talkin’ smack, Zabuza was able to turn the tables, on him, and Kakashi winds up in a water prison jutsu. “Zabuza, you jerk! How dare you ruin Kakashi’s wicked hairstyle!” Zabuza isn’t done though, he kicks Naruto into oblivion, then Sasuke gets owned too.

Naruto gets scared again, but remembers the vow he made upon his wound back in episode 6. You do remember what happened in episode 6, when Naruto promised never to run from a fight or to lose to Sasuke? Now Naruto starts having all these flashbacks (as if he has time for all that), and comes up with a plan.

Kakashi starts telling this story of how a much younger Zabuza killed off all the ninja students in his class in order to pass his final ninja exam. “Kakashi, we already know that Zabuza is a big jerk, but you really need to be tryin’ to find a way to get out of that water prison jutsu, instead of runnin’ off with the mouth, draggin’ Zabuza’s name through the mud.”

Now Zabuza attacks Sasuke, then Naruto uses his shadow clone jutsu, and they counterattack, but Zabuza is able to swipe them off. What’s this, Naruto has one more trick up his sleeve, what is it? He throws a shuriken to Sasuke, who turns and throws it at Zabuza.

Zabuza dodges it, but then here comes another shuriken, and he dodges that one too. But wait, it’s not a shuriken, it’s Naruto, and he’s ready to own, Go Naruto! Well that’s that…………… What? It’s not my fault that’s the end of that episode, but the next one is comin’ up shortly, and I can tell you this, you won’t be disappointed!
